Programmes linked to the challenges faced by the Group
Attracting young graduates and contributing to the development of their competences is key to pass on the expertise necessary to support the continuous growth of our business. The aim of those programmes is to provide you with a mission enabling you to accelerate the beginning of your career.
The Commercial and Marketing Graduate programme will allow you to boost your career by taking up two successive assignments in both of these areas, each of them lasting 18 months. We propose you to work as a Product Manager or Sector Manager. Each year, we recruit a small group of young graduates guaranteeing a regular and personalised follow-up for each individual.
The Maintenance programme was designed to pass our knowledge and know-how on to you and allow you to make a career by working at several of our production sites.
Our aim is to develop your potential by entrusting you with varied responsibilities and projects in order to broaden your knowledge and get promoted within the Group after a 18/24-month period.
The Finance controlling programme offers you a 6-month internship, followed by a 24-month international internship (V.I.E). This is a unique first professional experience, allowing you to develop strong competences with the support of a supervisor and setting strong milestones for your career path. This is also an outstanding opportunity to get to know our job areas and our processes in order to move forward within the Group.
The Industrial programme is designed to transfer French dairy expertise to foreign students. You take part to a sandwich course programme at the Higher School of Agriculture in Angers (ESA), combining periods at school with work experience in two production sites in France. After two years, we offer you a work placement in your home country at one of the Group’s production sites.
