Our Group acquired in November 2006 the well-known trademark FLOR DE ESGUEVA®. It is affixed on a famous hard cheese, the most tipical Spanish Cheese. This cheese is elaborated with raw sheep milk since 1946 in the Penafiel area.
The Pénafiel Factory is in Valladolid, at the North of Spain, at two hours from Madrid. Today with an average of 90 employees, this factory produces 3500 tons of FLOR DE ESGUEVA® every year.
Concerned about the protection and the defense of its brand, the Group has invested a lot in the whole world.
Moreover, the range has been spread in 2007 with a new up-market product "FLOR DE ESGUEVA® Reserva" and with “FLOR DE ESGUEVA® cream”, what emphasizes even more the trademark's influence.
