Whether you're looking for a job or a placement, our approach to recruitment is based on meeting candidates and building individual relationships.

 

Pre-selection
 

Apply online at www.Lactalis.fr, either in response to one of our ads or by simply sending us your CV.

 
Your application is then looked at by the Recruitment Manager for the skills area you have applied to. Whatever our decision, you will receive a response :
- within 15 days in the case of a response to an ad.
- within a month in the case of an unsolicited application.
   
Initial interview
 

If your profile fits the criteria for the job, you will be invited to meet the Recruitment Manager.

 
This interview is an opportunity to discuss your experiences, motivations and skills in order to evaluate whether you fit in with the post and the culture and values of the Group. The idea is also to give you an idea of the working environment and what the job entails.
   
Selection interview(s)
 

If the initial interview is deemed satisfactory, you will be invited to meet the operational manager(s) and the relevant Human Resources Manager.

 
This interview is more of a detailed analysis, to see whether your technical skills fit the job. It is also an opportunity to give you more precise information on the nature of the job and to answer any questions you may have.
  For jobs and placements on industrial sites, this meeting generally ends with a visit.
   
Confirmation
 

If the outcome of this interview is satisfactory, for you as well as for us, we will contact you to give you details regarding the job, such as the date on which you will start, salary, benefits etc, and also to answer any questions you may have raised. Once you have agreed to the conditions, we will send you your work contract so that it may be signed by both parties.
